Frinton-on-Sea is a small seaside town situated in the Tendring District of Essex, next to Walton-on-the-Naze. This delightful area boasts tree lined avenues sweeping down to the elegant esplanade and picturesque shoreline, peppered with rows of colourful Victorian-style beach huts. This unspoilt seaside resort is a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful break, with the town remaining as uncommercialised as possible, it is beautifully kept and is host to several events throughout the year, including the Frinton Summer Theatre showing 7 shows in as many weeks, and the Frinton Literary Festival in October. Further north is Dedlam Vale AONB abounding in picturesque villages, rolling farmland, ancient woodlands and a wide variety of local wildlife.
