There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, plus a cloakroom with basin and WC. The living accommodation includes an open-plan space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, along with a separate sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory snug. The kitchen is equipped with an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, while entertainment includes a Smart TV, WiFi, and DVD player. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available on request.
