Located in the county of Dorset, Maiden Newton is a town-sized village that is surrounded by an Area of Natural Beauty. Shops, a pub, and a restaurant may all be found in the village. The Church of St. Mary in Maiden Newton is another noteworthy structure in the community. As far as anyone can tell, this is England’s oldest surviving wooden church door. The South Dorset Heritage Coast, which includes the villages of Lyme Regis, with its famous Cobb, Charmouth, with its sandy beach, or West Bay, where you can fish from the pier, is the place to go for great beaches, fossils, and cliff climbs.
