Set midway between the fishing town of Whitby – with its famous Abbey – and the spa town of Scarborough – with its theatres and promenade entertainment – this peaceful little village offers the best of both worlds. There’s a network of footpaths and bridleways that run through the village, leading into the glorious countryside beyond. This really is a wonderful location with plenty to see for the whole family.
