Penhow is a small, picturesque village in South Wales, located between Caldicot and Newport. The settlement has a convenience store, a restaurant (The Rock & Fountain), and a national nature reserve (Penhow Woodlands National Nature Reserve) in addition to its famous castle, which is often believed to be the oldest inhabited castle in all of Wales.
