It is possible to take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the wonderful views across the sand cliffs, the famous ‘Needles’ chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond. The ancient castle, busy harbour and narrow streets at Yarmouth are also well worth exploring.
