The City of Inverness, is the gateway to the Highlands of Scotland. Towering mountains, dark lochs, great forests and sea cliffs are all within easy reach. Of particular note is the legendary Loch Ness, which is surrounded by some truly breathtaking scenery. Inverness itself has much to offer: museums, an art gallery, fine theatre and leisure facilities, not to mention shops, pubs and restaurants.
