Southerness is a small village overlooking Solway Firth, and forms part of the Colvend coast. Within the village you will find a choice of two pubs, a village store, a leisure centre with a pool and two miles of sandy beaches. the Southerness Championship Golf Course offers views of the Solway Firth, the Cumbrian Lake District to the south.
