Should you wish to explore the area, scenic walks along the Malvern Hills begin from the doorstep, or you can venture to Ledbury and the Cotswolds for exciting days out.
As you step inside the property, you’ll be greeted by three luxurious bedrooms, two of which have double beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while the third bedroom has a double bed and a separate shower room.
Head upstairs to the main living space. The elegant sitting room comprises a wood-burning stove, ample seating and beautiful exposed beams. Gather here after a busy day after a busy day exploring and enjoy great times with friends and family.
Meanwhile, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge, dryer and coffee machine, while the stylish dining table seats eight guests.
A further staircase leads to the master bedroom which features a king-size bed and a luxury en-suite with a shower and a free-standing bath.
Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views towards the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds.
The grounds
The property is set on a 150-acre estate of beautiful undulating countryside. You are free to roam the estate and enjoy the abundant wildlife and breathtaking views. There are various games for the children, including football, cricket or croquet. Under an ancient oak, there is a swing and also a firepit for marshmallows and evening fun.
Swimming pool
Enjoy taking a dip in the newly built, indoor swimming pool, followed by a spot of sunbathing on the outdoor terrace during the summer months.
A timetable can be requested to ensure you have allocated time to enjoy the swimming pool in private.
Dining room
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or any other special celebration, or perhaps a corporate event, you have the option of hiring the 24 seat dining room and kitchen. Private chefs, floristry, spa/wellness professionals and chauffeurs may also be organised on request.
