Located in Powys, Wales, Llandrindod Wells is a jovial and welcoming town with a laid-back vibe. The town has a number of important landmarks, including beautiful Victorian and Edwardian-era architectural structures. At the end of August, the Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival, known locally as “Victorian Week,” draws a large number of visitors to the town. Many high-street shops decorate their windows in the spirit of the festival, and some people go all out and dress in period costumes.
