Barbara Walker heard a cuckoo at the edge of woodland by the river in Wraysbury, Berkshire.

She said, “We were just visiting a family member and we stopped the car to pick something up. I had the window of the car open and heard the cuckoo very clearly. I live in Lincolnshire myself now. I havnt heard a cuckoo for many years.”
