Travel a little further and take advantage of the excellent trekking on Bodmin Moor, or head to Siblyback Lake and enjoy the fantastic sailing, fishing, and watersports on offer there. Within 15 miles of the Eden Project, Plymouth may be reached in 30 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train from the neighbouring Liskeard station. This is a fantastic holiday base because it has the Barbican harbour area, a renowned aquarium, and a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and theatres.
