Kilrush is a small coastal town to the south-west of County Clare, sat at the mouth of the River Shannon, and home to a range of shops and eateries, as well as a marina and Heritage Centre. Nearby attractions include the Wild Atlantic Way, Scattery Island, the Trump international Golf Course Doonbeg, Loop Head Drive, and the Cliffs of Moher, whilst the towns of Kilkee, Ennis and Shannon rest further afield.
