Nestled on the banks the Severn between Llanidloes and Newton, the village of Caersws is an idyllic holiday base. The village is home to a railway station, church and a shop, pubs, butchers and a post office, while just six miles away lies the market town of Newtown, home to a greater selection of amenities with many shops, pubs, museums and an art gallery.
