With two living rooms, a small gym and five spacious bedrooms, some of which enjoy sea views, it’s ideal for those who wish to stay in stylish surroundings with so much to do both inside and away from the house. Should you wish to explore the area, Slade Beach is just a 20-minute walk away, as well as a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.
The property begins with a handy boot room where you can store your shoes and coats after a day of exploring.
Continue further into the first of two living rooms. This sociable space features a Smart TV, a multi-games table with table tennis, air hockey and pool, plus a sumptuous L-shaped sofa. For some well-deserved peace and quiet, head next door to the second sitting room which features a cracking log-burner, two sofas and sea views.
Meanwhile, the kitchen/dining room has a range of high-tech appliances including an American-style fridge/freezer, a Quooker hot tap, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Enjoy delicious meals around the 12-seater table or relax on the sofa and admire the breathtaking views. When the sun is shining, open the patio doors to bring the outside in.
Off the kitchen, there is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Along with this, there is also a ground floor WC.
