Nestled on the banks of the River Severn on the outskirts of Worcester lies the small village of Claines. The village takes its name from the Claines Parish prior, which was originally part of the area many years ago. Within the village there is a famous pub, The Mug House, which is one of only two pubs in a churchyard in England.
