Located in the Welsh county of Conwy, Llandudno Junction is a sizable village. The village has grown up around the train station, and today there are frequent direct trains between Manchester and Llandudno. Small businesses, supermarkets, chain restaurants, pubs, and even a Cineworld can all be found in this quaint little village. Visit the 13th-century fortress, the Smallest House in Great Britain, and the historic home, Plas Mawr, in the beautiful market town of Conwy, which is accessible via the famous Conwy Suspension Bridge. Llandudno, a larger coastal town, features the Great Orme, a challenging walk with breath-taking sea and mountain views and a pub at the top. While you’re here, take a stroll along the historic Pier or ride the cable car to the top of the mountain. If you want to see more of North Wales, Llandudno Junction is a great place to start.
