Fernbank House, a detached holiday house over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, 2 x dishwasher, 2 x electric oven, induction hob, 2 x fridge, 2 x freezer, toaster, and kettle, a dining room with dining seating, a sitting room with TV, a snug, and two games room. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite, three king-size with en-suites, double with en-suite, three second-floor doubles, and two twin with en-suites. There is a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture, and hot tub. Side gravelled area with picnic bench and off-road parking for eight cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at Fernbank House promises to be one to remember. Note: Sloped ceilings upstairs—mind your head. Note: Catering/activities by prior arrangement. Note: Use side door (front not in use). Note: No stag/hen parties. Note: Hot tub hours 9am–9:30pm. Important Notice: Utility maintenance is scheduled at Fernbank House on 27 January (gas meter) and 23 February (electric meter). Each visit will involve a brief 20-minute power or gas interruption, with work lasting about 45 minutes. If your stay includes these dates, please note this minor disruption.
Note: If we haven’t received your preferred bed configuration 2 weeks before your stay, beds will be made into the standard configurations (5 x super King and 5 x twins).
