The lodge is accessed via a gravel drive within the West Down Estate and offers parking directly outside. Entry leads into a light-filled, open-plan living space, with large glass doors framing the far-reaching countryside views. The sitting area is comfortably furnished and includes a sofa bed for additional guests. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and sits alongside a dining table and wood-burning stove, creating a warm and sociable space.
There is one double bedroom, and a separate family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious private terrace complete with seating, BBQ, and hot tub, a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the local area.
