First floor open plan living /kitchen/dining area with a wood burner (starter pack of logs provided) and French door which opens to a raised veranda and outside seating area, with a second seating & BBQ area from the stairs of the veranda with access to the owners shared garden with uninterrupted views towards the Rhinog mountain range.
The cottage has a Smart TV/ WiFi, hairdryer, electric double oven and hob, microwave, integrated fridge, dishwasher and oil central heating which is included in the rental

There is no electric car charge point but guests can charge their car at a fee of £20 per charge if guests have their own adapter ,there are many local facilities where car charging ie Coed Y Brenin forest Park (2 miles away which is free if you use the park)
As the cottage has a spiral staircase accessing the found floor bedrooms to the first floor living area which makes it unsuitable for infants under 3 or guests with mobility issues
