Menai View is perfect for a coastal holiday with family and friends where you can enjoy sea views and birdsong from the peaceful garden and seek new adventures in Anglesey’s many beauty spots.
Menai View comprises a luxurious apartment and a separate guest room to provide flexible accommodation for a multi-generational family or a group of friends. Set in a four-acre site on Anglesey’s stunning coast, this wonderful eco-friendly property has spectacular views across the Menai Strait to the impressive Bangor Pier, Penrhyn Castle and the Snowdonia mountain range. With a south-facing aspect and plenty of outdoor space, including gardens and a magnificent terrace, you can make the most of sunny days with a barbecue lunch or early evening drinks under a clear night sky. With easy access to the Anglesey Coastal Path, you can have your fill of fresh sea air, whilst the nearby towns of Menai Bridge and Beaumaris are perfect for shopping for gifts or a tasty dinner out.
The property comprises an apartment and a neighbouring guest room. The apartment is part of the owners’ home but is self-contained with a private entrance at the upper level. It sleeps four guests in two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath. Designed to be spacious and comfortable, there are solid oak heated floors throughout and access to the outside space from every room with views that will take your breath away.
Down a few steps, there’s a kitchen equipped with everything you’d expect for self-catering including a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Also on this level is the spacious living and dining area with a sofa, armchairs, TV/DVD player and a dining table.
Off the front bedroom and the living area, there is a south-facing terrace enclosed by a glass balustrade where the views of the Menai Strait, mountains and Bangor Pier are completely uninterrupted.
Meanwhile, the separate, self-contained guest room is located at ground level and offers additional accommodation suitable for a couple – perfect for the grandparents perhaps. It has a large bedroom with a king-size bed, underfloor heating, an en-suite shower room, a small fridge and a TV. As a former art studio, it is flooded with natural light from the ceiling-height windows and the views are truly inspiring, while the secluded terrace is a sublime spot to soak up the sun.
