Situated just 4 miles away from the north Norfolk coastline, with its wonderful sandy beaches, these attractive, semi-detached brick and flint cottages are tucked away in a quiet part of the village of Docking. The properties are tastefully furnished, offering open plan living accommodation, and equipped with everyday comforts to provide a warm welcome at any time of year. There are a network of country lanes and footpaths in the area, offering walking and cycling opportunities, as well as numerous bird watching sites within easy reach. It is a short walk from the cottage to local lanes/footpaths for dog walking and we provide a map of the route. The sailing village of Brancaster is just 4 miles away and boasts a shop, pubs and a championship golf course. Within an easy drive are the bustling towns of Burnham Market and Wells-next-the-Sea. The traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton is 6 miles away, and has the Sea Life Centre, leisure centre, cliff top golf course, water sports (seasonal), pier and funfair (seasonal), shops and restaurants. Visit the market town of Fakenham for a day at the races, regular horse racing meetings, shopping centre, pubs, cafés, cinema, and a bowling alley. The properties are within an hour’s drive from Norwich with its castle museum, cathedral, shops, restaurants, pubs and so much more. Beach 4 miles. Shop, pub/ restaurant ¾ mile.
