Keinton Mandeville is a market town that is situated in the southeast of Somerset on Combe Hill, halfway between the market towns of Somerton and Castle Cary. The popular bar The Quarry Inn serves cuisine and a variety of ales, and the village hall, which is used for adult education classes, pilates, and sea scouting, are all located in the village. With a tennis court, a skate park, and a children’s play area called “Happy Tracks,” Keinton has plenty of sporting amenities. The north-western town of Glastonbury, which has a history dating back over 4,000 years, is home to the majestic Abbey, the internationally renowned Glastonbury Tor with its mysterious tower, as well as a number of boutiques, bars, and eateries.
