The heart of any home is the kitchen and this one definitely delivers, a large and bright area where all the family can gather and get involved. Decorated in calming colours and fitted with a large range of quality fixture and fittings including a good sized dining table to seat all and central island. Two double ovens, six ring gas hob, microwave, two American fridge/freezers and importantly two drinks coolers plus all the mod cons you can think of to ensure all your entertaining needs are met. There are full laundry facilities with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate utility area containing one of the American fridge/freezers. Also on the ground floor you’ll find the family room with double and two single beds along with a ground floor shower room, with shower WC and basin.
Opening up into the garden are the large French doors leading to the hot tub area – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy bubbles! There is ample seating for all in the large but cosy lounge coupled with the log burner and large TV, just the spot for an evening of games or a movie night.
Moving up to the first floor you will find the master suite with a king and two single beds, one family room with king and single bed , one triple room with three single beds, one double and one super king bedroom that can be made a twin upon request. The king size and double bedrooms have private en-suite and fitted to a very high standard with shower, WC and sink. The triple room has exclusive use of the luxurious family bathroom with its roll top bath steps across the hallway. The master suite with its large en-suite shower room, twin sinks and WC has picture perfect views of the Welsh hills and surrounding countryside.
All the rooms in the farmhouse are bright and airy with a feel of bringing the outside in whilst maintaining a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
To the outside there are extensive gardens mainly laid to lawn and offering an excellent arena for all manner of garden games and endless family fun and for the younger members of the group there is a modern wooden climbing frame to explore.
