Bromyard, a market town in Herefordshire, is convenient to both Here and Ledbury, as well as the larger cities of Leominster and Worcester. Aside from its stores, cafes, and pubs, Bromyard also hosts a yearly folk festival. Ideal for strolls, the Bromyard Downs and Bringsty Common are right outside your door. Leominster, founded in the 7th century, is home to beautiful buildings like the Priory Church, and Worcester, founded in the 12th century, has a wide variety of services and attractions. The Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is not far away, and the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Brecon Beacons National Park are also doable day trips. Tenbury Wells, the “town of books,” and Ludlow are also worth a visit. Bromyard is a wonderful home base for day trips to neighbouring Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Shropshire.
