Falling just within the Yorkshire Dales National Park is the charming village of Sedbergh in Cumbria. Being around 12 miles from the Lake District as well makes this location a great base for any outdoor explorers. The village itself enjoys a rich heritage and even has a school dating back to 1525, as well as traditional pubs, narrow streets and a 12th century church. Set out on the nearby Dales Way and walk some of this 80-mile long-distance footpath to experience stunning scenery and surroundings.
