St. Kew Highway is a small settlement at the southern end of Allen Valley. The village has shops, a pub, and a nine-hole golf course with 18 sets of tees on the outskirts. There are a number of smaller villages and hamlets in the area, and many of them also have a pub, including the village of St. Kew, which is less than two miles away and has a church and a pub. Wadebridge, a nearby market town, is home to a wide variety of stores, eateries, and the region’s lone movie theatre. Amazing hiking, horseback riding, and cycling trails can be found in this area of Cornwall. The towns of Padstow and Newquay, as well as the coast with its sandy beaches, rocky coves, and towering cliffs, are not far away. St. Kew Highway makes a great home base for exploring the coast and countryside of north Cornwall.
