This settlement and civil parish is located in North Yorkshire’s Richmondshire region, close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB. Catterick Bridge is home to Catterick Racecourse, one of North Yorkshire’s busiest. Racing at Catterick Bridge originated in the mid-17th century, and the Grandstand offers a wonderful blend of old and new, as well as an enjoyable and peaceful day out for everyone, whatever the occasion.
