Fadmoor, 2.5 miles from Kirkbymoorside, is a charming village with old stone cottages in the North York Moors National Park. Kirkbymoorside’s many tea rooms, pubs, and restaurants will keep visitors entertained. The National Park’s great walking and stunning scenery are nearby, as are many picturesque villages like Hutton-le-Hole. The North York Moors Steam Railway’s base in Pickering is a must-see, as are the area’s museums, castles, trout fishing, and market towns. York and East Coast resorts are also nearby.
