Coldstream is a town which rests on the northern bank of the River Tweed and was once home to the famous Coldstream Guards. The town offers a number of amenities, including a museum dedicated to the Guards, a selection of shops and pubs, in addition to a vast array of activities including cycling, fishing, golf, riding and walking. Nearby rests The Hirsel, a beautiful mansion resting within grounds which flow through the Leet Waters.
