The village of Aberdaron is around two streams, facing the sea. Up the hills are the buildings that give Aberdaron character; it has cafés, shops, and hotels, and the church of St Hywyn. On each side of the river is the beach and a promenade where you can watch the boats in the bay. There is a National Trust visitor centre and car park. Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach. Discover castles and coves, or enjoy fishing, watersports and golf opportunities available nearby. The scenery and walks at the Snowdonia National Park area are within driving distance, making an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.
