Its location, between the River Trent and the famous Roman road of Fosse Way, provides plenty of opportunities for visitors to investigate. The town is now bordered with a plethora of old structures waiting to be explored, growing around the historic Newark Castle, which is now ruins that showcase lovely gardens and a thriving marketplace.
