Old Buckenham, which has the country’s largest village green and widest tower windmill, also has an outstanding airstrip, which is a great spot to observe both modern and vintage aircraft. The nearby villages of New Buckenham, Kenninghall, and Banham all have nice restaurants, and Banham’s zoo is a fun day out with regular Sunday car boot sales.
