There are 15 beach houses here and the Sunset Three Bed Beach Houses are ideal for a family with teenagers who would appreciate their own room, or for a small group of friends. The resort’s location is ideal for disconnecting from modern life and enjoying nature, coastal walks and water sports instead. The three-mile stretch of beaches along St Ives Bay begin just a 5 to 10-minute walk away and take in swathes of sand, dunes and plenty of surf. Back at your beach house, enjoy being together in the open-plan living area that extends outdoors to a decked area complete with a private hot tub, barrel sauna and barbecue. With an on-site restaurant, plus a host of extras available to book, from family surfing lessons to beach speakers with a solar charger, it’s a brilliant place for active families.
These beach houses are ideal for families with teenagers who need their own room. Or for a small group of friends. Three mezzanines; one of which is in the lounge for relaxing and a further two in bedrooms which can accommodate two extra children on futon beds. The house includes a spacious decking area with a hot tub, sauna and BBQ.
Sunset Three Bed Beach Houses are bright and airy, and each has a beach house-themed décor with white-washed walls and pops of blue.
There’s a large, open-plan kitchen/dining/ living area which is a great space for socialising together. Spread out on the huge sofa and watch a film, get cosy beside the log burner or teens can head up the stairs to the snug mezzanine level which is the perfect chill out area. Meanwhile, there is a dining table to seat you all comfortably and the kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools which is the ideal spot to sit and sip a drink with the cook of the group. It’s well-equipped space with a double oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher.
These beach houses sleep six guests in three bedrooms, but there is an option for two extra children to be accommodated on mezzanine levels in two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can either be set up with a super-king-size bed or two single beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a mezzanine level where one child can sleep on a futon bed. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, a WC and a basin. Plus, there is an additional WC in the hall.
Outside, on the private decked area that measures 101 square-metres, there is plenty of space to enjoy laid-back living. Relax in the private sunken hot tub or the barrel sauna, then cook up a leisurely lunch on the BBQ.
Beach towels, robes, bed linen and luxury toiletries are provided, along with a range of cleaning products and kitchen essentials. Additionally, buckets and spades, fishing nets, bats and ball, beach cricket, a football, a frisbee, and a windbreak are all included in your stay, ensuring that your day at the beach will be filled with fun.
