Wrenbury is on the Shropshire Union Canal in south Cheshire, near Nantwich and Whitchurch. Wrenbury has a Post Office, shops, two pubs, a church, and a village green. Nantwich, on the River Weaver and Shropshire Union Canal, is nearby. It’s famous for its outdoor Brine Pool, which is heated all summer. Weekly markets and a monthly farmers’ market showcase local produce. In spring and summer, Nantwich’s pedestrianised town centre comes alive with floral displays. Whitchurch, a market town with Medieval, Tudor, and Georgian buildings, is also nearby. Whitchurch has been known as “the Home of Tower Clocks” since the 1650s. A great place to explore.
