About where you'll be staying

Rhydwyn is a charming village resting between Church Bay and Llanrhyddlad in the northwest of Anglesey, Wales. The village is known for being named after a small stream which flows through the village and offers the welcoming Church Bay Inn on its outskirts, which serves home-cooked dishes and local ales with breath-taking views out to sea and over to the mountains, an 18th-century church and a good selection of walking and cycling trails available right from the doorstep. Further amenities can be found in Llanfechell, where you can dine at the Y Cefn Glas or stock up on essentials at the general store. Be sure to visit Church Bay, where you will find the attractions of the Swtan Heritage Museum and Porth Swtan beach, as well as the popular eatery of the Lobster Pot Restaurant. Continue to Cemaes Bay, where beautiful beaches, the Cemaes Heritage Centre, a picturesque harbour, and The Stag Inn await, or venture further to Holyhead, home to the stunning Breakwater Country Park, Holyhead Maritime Museum, Garreglwyd Park, and a ferry offering trips over to Dublin.
