Holme is a charming village, just over two miles from Holmfirth on the fringes of the Peak District National Park. Resting between the Digley Reservoir and the Brownhill Reservoir, Holme is popular with walkers, cyclists and wildlife lovers, with easy access to the Hope Valley via Woodhead Pass and also being within easy reach of the Woodhead and Torside reservoirs. The village boasts a children’s playground and an excellent pub serving food. Nearby Holmfirth, has a larger selection of amenities as well as being famous for being the setting of Last of the Summer Wine.
