Keen walkers will enjoy the chance to tackle the six-mile Northumberland Coast Path, and daily boat trips are made to the Farne Islands. The islands are famous for their large seabird colonies and are the home of the Grey Seal. The majestic and historic Bamburgh and Alnwick Castles are within easy reach of Seahouses, and the Budle Bay Nature Reserve is another popular destination.
