Wirksworth is a small, lovely market town on the outskirts of The Peak District, a short distance from Matlock. Wirksworth is rich of character, with numerous architecturally significant structures, especially its splendid parish church. With a local produce ethic, independent stores coexist with delis, butchers, and bakers.
